What have weAccomplished?
- Belmont Data Warehouse
- Creation of a data warehouse that aggregates publicly available from the state of TN
- Created a Vulnerability Population Index (VPI) for human trafficking in TN. Partnered with EngageTogether and the TBI to be data informed in the fight against human trafficking.
- Produced a report on mental well-being for younger adults in middle Tennessee and identified the key features of the Social Determinants of Mental Health. Created a Community Mental Well-Being Index based on these SDOMH features.
Our Projects
Each project is a collective effort that covers is based on the Data Mindset methodology. First, a dilemma is identified and the necessary partners are brought to the table. Then data is aggregated to identify areas of vulnerability and insights are created and provided to tell the best and most accurate story. Then, additional partners are identified to provide the services and resources necessary to lead to action.
Hypertension
Identify areas (zip code) in Nashville where hypertension is high and work with key partners to develop data-driven solutions.
Human Trafficking
Create a dataset and visuals to identify areas (counties of risk for human trafficking to inform and engage with the TBI.
